Our degree in international studies is designed to guide students toward a multitude of careers across the globe. Students are passionate about international affairs and cultural diversity. The third year students have completed interdisciplinary courses including global history, intercultural communications, global political economy etc. This enables them to build strong understanding intercultural, social and political issues. They are looking for an internship place to apply this knowledge to practice. As the course requirement, students need to complete an internship for 35 days (or 225 hours).

Our engineering industry experience placement/internship program can be tailored to suit the needs of industry and take many forms including: This can be taken anytime of the year; Can be full-time or part-time; Can be paid or unpaid; Minimum 50 days; Unpaid internships can’t last longer than 60 days; Paid internships can last up to 1 year; Be engineering work and supervised by a certified engineer at your company. Students will submit the applications to us or directly to you, then you will notify us of the selected students. We will sign a Work-Integrated-Learning Agreement which covers insurance for students and protect your confidential data as well as IP. Then, students can start working for you.

RMIT students seek work placement on teacher preparation and/ teacher aid in a supervised school settings. They can support your pupils with tutoring on literacy and numeracy skills development.

Student placement experiences will enable them to practice course details learnt in class. Students will understand service delivery, develop an understanding of the community sector and gain an insight into the many and varied programs operating.
