The Opening Door is seeking a team of learners to enhance their podcast presence by editing existing podcast episodes and creating engaging content for other digital channels. The primary goal is to refine podcast interviews, ensuring they are polished and professional, while also repurposing key insights and highlights into content suitable for social media, blogs, and newsletters. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply audio editing skills and content creation techniques learned in the classroom. The tasks are closely related and focus on enhancing the reach and impact of the podcast. The project is designed to be completed within 80 hours by a team of learners specializing in media studies or communications.



- Edit and enhance audio quality of podcast episodes.


- Identify key highlights from interviews for content repurposing.


- Create engaging social media posts, blog entries, and newsletter snippets from podcast content.


- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all content.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a set of edited podcast episodes ready for publication, along with a suite of content pieces derived from these episodes. Learners will provide:



- A minimum of three edited podcast episodes.


- At least five social media posts per episode.


- Two blog entries summarizing key insights from the interviews.


- A newsletter draft featuring highlights and calls to action.
